Cancelations, Refunds and Disclaimer Policy

CANCELATIONS AND NO-SHOWS 

There is a $50 cancellation fee for Cryoskin visits when a visit is not rescheduled at least 1 day before the beginning of the appointment. No-Show appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the price of the service booked. A cancelation 1.5 hours prior to the start of the appointment will be considered a No-Show.  Being 15+ minutes late without notice will be considered a No-Show. We take your skin and time seriously, putting aside time dedicated to you and no other patients. Our Cryotechnicians prepare ahead for your visit(s) and are committed to the allotted time allowed just for you. If a visit is canceled or missed, it cannot be rescheduled without the Cancelation and No-Show Fee paid in full. We do understand unfortunate circumstances happen; therefor, we reserve the right to waive such fees upon notification and evaluation of emergency cancelations or no-shows. 

REFUND POLICY

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges of Cryoskin services. The Kind Body® makes no guarantee about products or services. Due to the pure handmade nature of our products, returns, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted. If melting occurs due to high temperatures, simply put the product in the refrigerator. If there is an issues with a product or service, please contact us as we understand circumstances occur and will do our best to resolve.

Read ingredients carefully, testing a small patch on the skin prior to use. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and contact a medical professional if necessary.
